Abstract

Affirmative Action in the political circle became an open door for Indonesian women to advance in the parliamentary election arena. The emergence of female politicians at the level of the city \/ regency, provinces, and even nationalities is of course a representation of women's representation where there are many hopes that their election as representatives of the people can minimize all women's problems through pro policies. But the hardness of the political world is still felt by female politicians if male politicians can repeat their victory every legislative election (Pileg), it is still rare for female politicians to get these privileges, plus points if there are female politicians who can survive more than one period continue. This study aims to determine the various political communication strategies of female politicians at the level of the Central Java Regional Representative Council (DPRD) in Central Java to continue to survive more than a period of elections. This study applies a descriptive-qualitative research design with a phenomenological approach. The theory used is the theory of loyalty presented through three points of political communication strategies, namely toothy and institutional; creating togetherness; Build consensus. Research Resources are only specialized in retelling female politicians in the Central Java Provincial DPRD which is at least twice successfully re-elected as a board member. Research data sources are obtained from primary sources and secondary sources. While the data collection technique is done through several methods, namely in-depth interviews both directly and virtually and documentation found on the internet. The results of this study were found that to be re-elected politicians female partisans must increase the loyalty of the vote owners and party bearers through a variety of appropriate ways. Caring for female politicians in private circles and family circles while female politicians establish active institutions as the Regional Management Board (DPD). Creating togetherness is not only a recess of politicians who also carry out activities through organizations \/ communities in the community, media publicity is also adjusted by the condition of the electoral district (electoral district) because not all constituents can access the media. Female politicians also involve relatives of the closest relatives when applying the art of compromise to be able to gain a lot of noise if the "pileg" period arrives. Building a consensus of female politicians invited the collaboration of district or city candidates to increase the number of votes.
