Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of lecturers' instructional communication quality, academic service quality and university reputation on students' interest in continuing their studies. Research method with quantitative approach and data collection through survey. The research instrument uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability using the Cronbach's alpha technique. The sample amounted to 168 people consisting of 30 male and 138 female students of class 2020. Testing the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The quality of lecturer's instructional communication has a positive effect on student interest by 34.5%. (2) The quality of academic services has a positive effect on student interest in college by 27.1%. (3) The reputation of the university has a positive effect on student interest in college by 35.9%. (4) The quality of lecturer's instructional communication and the quality of academic services have a positive effect on student interest in college by 36.1%. (5) The quality of academic services and university reputation have a positive and significant effect on student interest in college by 41%. (6) The quality of lecturer's instructional communication and college reputation have a positive v effect on student interest in college by 44.6%. (7) The quality of lecturer's instructional communication, academic service quality and college reputation have a positive effect on student interest in college by 44.9%.
