THE EFFECT OF THE ROLE OF SOCIAL CAPITAL ON LOYALTY MEMBER OF ALPUKAT GROUP MEMBER, NGUDI RAHAYU 2 KECAMATAN JAMBU KABUPATEN SEMARANG

Abstract

ABSTRACT There are several factors that influence the loyalty of members of the farmers' group namely Trust, Cooperation and also values / norms classified as social capital. This study aims to analyze the role of social capital in farmer groups, to analyze the level of loyalty of farmer group members and to analyze the role of social capital on the loyalty of farmer group members. The research method used was a survey. The research sample was members of the Ngudi Rahayu 2 farmer group, Kalibening Hamlet, Kebondalem Village, Jambu District, Semarang Regency. The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the level of loyalty of farmer group members was high (100%), member trust was high (100%), member cooperation was high (100%) and member values / norms were high (83.3%). The results showed that social capital consisting of trust, cooperation and values/ norms had a significant effect on the loyalty of members of the Ngudi Rahayu 2 farmer group in Jambu District, Semarang Regency with a total influence of 78.8% while the other 21.2% were influenced by variables. others who were not included in the study.
