Abstract
Beban tambahan akibat dari lingkungan kerja dari faktor fisik salah satunya adalah suhu udara.Tenaga kerja yang bekerja di lingkungan panas akan menerima tekanan panas atau beban panas.Suhu panas berpengaruh terhadap dilatasi pembuluh perifer pada tenaga kerja, sehingga keseimbangan peredaran darah akan terganggu. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengukur besarnya tekananpanas di lingkungan kerja, mengukur besarnya tekanan darah tenaga kerja,menggambarkan karakteristik tenaga kerja (umur,masa kerja) dan mengetahui hubungan tenaga panas,umur, masa kerja dengan perubahan tekanan darah.jenis penelitian explanatory researchdengan metode pendekatan cross sectional.Jumlah sampel 25 orang. Penelitian dilakukan di departemen FL 4,5 PT. GE lighting Indonesia pada bulan Juli 2003.Analisa menggunakan uji t dan uji Korelasi Pearson Product Moment.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak adannya hubungan bermakna antara tekanan panas (p=0,118), umur (p=0,563),masa kerja (p=0,275) dengan perubahan tekanan darah (nilai p> 0,05) dan rerata tekanan panas sebesar 33,02oC.Saran yang diberikan adalah isolasi mesin,penambahan kipas angin, penggunaan exhaust ventilation system.penyediaan tempat istirahat yang tidak panas dan penggunaan pakian tenaga kerja dari bahan yang mudah menyerap keringat. Kata Kunci: TEKANAN PANAS, UMUR, MASA KERJA, TEKANAN DARAH CORRELATION BETWEEN HEAT PRESSURE, WORKER'S BLOOD PRESSURE AT FL 4,5 DEPARTEMEN OF PT.GE LIGHTING INDONESIA An extra burden consequence of work environment from physical factor one of it was temperature Workers who work in hot environment will get heat pressure or heat burden. High temperature will influence the dilatation of perifer vessels of workers, so that the balance of blood circulation will be disturb. This research purpose is to measure the heigh of heat pressure in work environment, to measure the height of blood pressure, to describe worker's characteristic (age and work period)and to know the correlation of heat pressure, age, waork period with the change of blood pressure. The kind of research is explanatory research with cross sectional approach method. Sample amount are 25 people. This resarch is held at FL 4,5 Departement PT.GE Lighting Indonesia July 2003. Analysis using t test and Pearson Product Momoent Correlation test. Research result shows that there are no significant correlation between heat pressure (p=0,118), age (p= 0,563), work period (p= 0,275) with the cange of blood pressure (p value > 0,05) and head pressure average is 33,02 C. The advicesgiven are machine isolation, addition of wind fan, the utilization of exhaust ventilation system, establish resting place that is not hot for workers and the utilization of wearpack from material that easy to absorp sweat.
