HUBUNGAN ANEMIA DEFISIENSI BESI DENGAN PRODUKTITIVITAS KERJA PADA PEKERJA BAGIAN LINTING PT. DJITOE ITC SURAKARTA

Abstract

Anemia defisiensi besi merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang serius karena berdampak pada perkembangan fisik dan psikis, perilaku dan kerja. Pada wanita dewasa penderita anemia defisiensi besi dapat mengakibatkan penurunan kerja fisik, penurunan daya tahan tubuh, keletihan, menurunnya produktifitas. PT. Djitoe ITC mempekerjakan tenaga wanita pada bagian linting berjumlah 155 orang. Tenaga kerja tersebut diduga rawan terhadap gajala anemia defisiensi besi yang dapat menyebabkan produktivitas kerja rendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan anemia defisiensi besi dengan pruduktifitas kerja pada pekerja bagian linting PT. Djitoe ITC Surakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah expanatory research. populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 115 orang yang diambil sebagai sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling non probability. Untuk mengetahui hubunganantara anemia defisiensi besi dengan produktivitas kerja dilakukan uji statistik chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada hubungan antara anemia dengan indikator Hb dengan produktifitas kerja (x2=0,271 dan p=0,603). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara anemia dengan indikator Hb dengan produktifitas kerja, tetapi tidak ada hubungan antara anemia defisiensi besi dengan produktifitas kerja pada pekerja bagian linting PT. Djitoe ITC Surakarta. Saran yang diberikan adalah tenaga kerja yang diperiksa menderita anemia supaya mengkonsumsi makanan yang mengandung zat-zat besi, antara lain sayur-sayuran hijau, kuning telur, daging dan lain-lain serta perlu pemeriksaan kadar Hb berulang selama 3 bulan sekali. At adult woman of patient of anaemia of iron deficiencies can result the degradation work the physical, degradation of body endurance, lethargy, downhill of it productivity PT. Djitoe ITC employ the women labour at shares linting amount to 155 people. The labour anticipated by gristle to symptom of anaemia of iron deficiencies able to cause the low work productivity. Intention of this research is to know is there any relation of anaemia of iron deficiencies with the work productivity at worker of part linting PT. Djitoe ITC Surakarta.This research is explanatory research . This Research population amount to 115 one who is taken by as sampel research of counted 30 people with the technique of purposive sampling non probability. To know the relation of between anaemia of iron deficiencies with the work productivity conducted by a statistical test of chi square. Result of research show there is relation of between anaemia with the indicator Hb with the work productivity (x2=7,033 and p= 0,008), but there no relationof between anaemia of iron deficiencies with the work productivity (x2=0,271 and p=0,603). Conclusion from this research is there is relation of between anaemia with the indicator Hb with the work productivity, but there no relation of beween anaemia of iron deficiencies with the work productivity at worker of part of linting PT.Djitoe ITC Surakarta.Suggestion given by labour cheked suffer the anaemia so that consume the pregnant food of ferrum, for exmple green sayur-sayuran, egg yolk, flesh and others and also ned the recuring rate Hb inspection during 3 month, moon once .
