Abstract
ABSTRACT Yunisari, Febriana Ika. 2020. “ Abnormal Behavior of the three central characters in Film Misumisou by Eisuke Naito ( A Literatur Psychology Research )”. A thesis of Japanese and Cultural Studies, Faculty of Humanity, Diponegoro University, Semarang. The material object in this thesis using a film entitled Misumisou by Eisuke Naito. Meanwhile, the formal object in this thesis is the analyze abnormal behavior of the three characters. The method used in this thesis is structural. This thesis discusses the narrative structure of the film and the abnormal behavior of the trhree characters in the film. This thesis used theory of the structure of movie narrative by Himawan Pratista and also uses the DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorder) IV Text Revision from American Psychiatric Assosiation to analyze abnormal behavior . The result of this thesis is narrative relation with space includes school, forest, school garbage dump, Haruka Nozaki’s residence, Mitsuru Aiba’s residence, Taeko Oguro’s residence, Yoshi Tachibana’s residence, Haruka Nozaki’s grandfather’s residence. The sequences in the film using a non-linear pattern B-C-D-A-E. 1) It is concluded that Haruka Nozaki has post-traumatic stress disorder which is shown by self-injuring behavior, desire for revenge, and explosive anger. 2) It is concluded that Mitsuru Aiba has an antisocial personality disorder which is shown by committing criminal acts under the age of 15, being irritable, and selfish. 3) It is concluded that Taeko Oguro has borderline personality disorder and paranoid personality. Threshold personality disorder is indicated by mood instability in relationships and self-harm. Meanwhile, paranoid personality disorder is indicated by a jealous attitude and reactions to what he considers an attack by his character or reputation Keywords : Film, Abnormal Behavior, Misumisou
