Abstract

Pembuatan kuesioner evaluasi layanan merupakan salah satu hal krusial di dalam sistem penjaminan mutu internal pendidikan tinggi. Umumnya, atribut kuesioner tidak dikelompokkan ke dalam dimensi kualitas layanan &hanya mengukur pada tingkat kinerja. Saat perguruan tinggi memiliki sumber daya terbatas, akan lebih baik jika memprioritaskan perbaikan pada atribut yang dinilai penting bagi mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun sistem pengukuran tingkat layanan perguruan tinggi pada program studi menggunakan SERVQUAL &importance-performance analysis (IPA).IPA bisa memberikan pandangan yang jelas mengenai atribut layanan mana yang perlu diprioritaskan perbaikannya. Selanjutnya dimensi SERVQUAL(Tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance&empathy) akan memudahkan untuk mengenali &merumuskan atribut layanan yang harus dimasukkan ke dalam kuesioner.Kuesioner dibagikan kepada 145 mahasiswa prodi Teknik Informatika Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. Menggunakan alat ukur SERVQUAL &IPA, program studi dinilai sudah mencapai level layanan yang sangat baik, dengan rata-rata tingkat kesesuaian mencapai 97.22%. Rekomendasi diberikan kepada pihak program studi untuk meningkatkan sarana pembelajaran di dalam kelas &laboratorium yang dinilai belum memadai. Generally, questionnaire attributes are not grouped into service quality dimensions &only measure the performance level. When higher education has restricted resources, it would be finer to prioritize refinements to the attributes that are assessedimportant by students. This research's aim is for building a system to measure higher education's service level in the study program using SERVQUAL &importance-performance analysis (IPA). The IPA can provide an evident outlook of which service attributes should be prioritized for improvements. Furthermore, dimension of SERVQUAL(Tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance&empathy) will make it easier to recognize &formulate service attributes that must be included in the questionnaire. The questionnaire was sharedto 145informatics engineering study programstudents at the Muhammadiyah University of Malang.By using SERVQUAL & IPA measurement tools, the assessed study program has reached very good level of service, with an average suitability level reaching 97.22%. Recommendations are given to study programs to improve learning facilities in the classroom &laboratory which are rated to be inadequate.
