PENGARUH PERILAKU PENYADAP TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KERJA PENYADAP DI PT. PERKEBUNAN NUSANTARA IX BATUJAMUS KARANGANYAR

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of tapping knowledge, attitudes and skills on the effectiveness of tapping work efecctiveness at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Batujamus Karanganyar. This research was conducted on February 17 - March 23, 2020 at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Batujamus Karanganyar. The research method used was the survey method. The number of samples in this study were 75 people who were calculated using the Slovin formula. The sampling method used was simple random sampling technique. The data collection method was conducted through interviews using questionnaires and observations. The analytical method used is descriptive and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of descriptive analysis that knowledge, attitudes and skills are included in the high category with the percentage of knowledge 78.7%, attitude 73.3%, skills 80%, and work effectiveness 80%. The results of the multiple linear regression test show that knowledge, attitudes and skills simultaneously affect the effectiveness of tappers and partially there is a significant effect on knowledge, attitudes and skills. These three factors affect work effectiveness. Moreover, itneeds to improve tapping skills through trainings, hence tappers improve their knowledge in order to increase rubber production.
