ANTECEDENTS DAN CONSEQUENCES ATAS KINERJA KUALITAS: Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan-Perusahaan Manufaktur Bersertifikasi ISO 9000 di Indonesia

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research to investigate the influence of Antecedents and Consequences on Quality Performance. Continuing research by Maiga and Jacob (2005), this research investigate the influence of component management control system (quality goal, quality feed back, quality incentives) on quality performance and influence of quality performance on variable consequences (financial performance and cutomer satisfaction). As for becoming obyek from this research is manufacturing business which ISO 9000 sertification in Indonesia. This research represent the empirical test, with the technique of random sampling, obtained by 110 manufacturing business which ISO 9000 sertification in Indonesia. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the program LISREL 8.54. Result of hypothesis Examination indicate that from six hypothesis raised, only two accepted hypothesis. Accepted Hypothesis is hypothesis 3 (there are positive influence between quality incentive to quality performance) and hypothesis 5 (there are positive influence between quality performance to cutomer satisfaction). From result test of influence indirectly, indication that quality performance mediates the relationship between quality incentive and cutomer satisfaction Keywords: quality goals, quality feedback, quality incentive, quality performance, financial performance, customer satisfaction, SEM LISREL.
