Abstract
Biodielsel (metil ester) telah berhasil diproduksi menggunakan mesin dengan skala industry kecil dengan kapasitas 50-70 liter. Menggunakan bahan baku minyak goring bekas (jelantah) dan Palm Sludge Oil (PSO) hasil biodiesel yang dihasilkan dilakukan analisa kualitas meliputi Nilai kalori, Kadar Metil Ester, Viskositas, Densitas dan titik nyala. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kelayakan sebuah usaha produksi biodiesel berbahan baku minyak goreng bekas (jelantah) dan Palm Sludge Oil (PSO) melalui parameter NPV, IRR, Simple Payback Periode dan untuk melihat dampak terhadap lingkungan dilakukan anailisis terhadap parameter emisi CO2 dan BOD. Circular ekonomi dilakukan melalui pemanfataan biodiesel sebagai bahan bakar boiler sebuah industry dengan skema pengantian solar HSD dan CNG ke biodiesel. Hasil menunjukan bahwa biodiesel berasal dari minyak goring bekas telah memenuhi standard SNI 7182:2015 dan PSO belum memenuhi. Hasil kajian keekonomian investasi industry skala kecil biodiesel dari jelantah layak dan PSO (NPV, IRR, Simple Payback Periode) untuk dapat menggantikan HSD dan CNG untukbahanbakar boiler. Secara hasil dampak lingkungan dan circular economy skema tersebut mampu menurukan emisi CO2 dan BOD mendapatkan profit untuk pengembangan usaha lebih lanjut. Kata Kunci : biodiesel, minyak goring bekas, PSO, circular economy Biodielsel (methyl esters) have been successfully produced using the machine with the small-scale industries with a capacity of 50-70 liters. Using the raw material used cooking oil (jelantah) and Palm Sludge Oil (PSO) the results of the biodiesel produced analysis quality includes caloric Value, Methyl Ester Content, Viscosity, Density and flash point. This study aims to compare the feasibility of a business of production of biodiesel raw material used cooking oil (used cooking) and Palm Sludge Oil (PSO) through the parameters NPV, IRR, Simple Payback Period and to analyzed the impact on the environment is analyzed by the parameters of the emission of CO2 and BOD. Circular economy is done through the usage of biodiesel as a fuel boiler inthe industry with a scheme of replacement of diesel fuel/HSD and CNG to biodiesel. The results showed that the biodiesel derived from used cooking oil has met the standards ISO 7182:2015 and PSO has not met. The results of the study of the economies of the industrial investment of small-scale biodiesel from waste cooking decent and PSO (NPV, IRR, Simple Payback Period) for replacing HSD and CNG to fuel the boiler. In the results of the environmental impact and the circular economy of such a scheme is capable of lowering emissions of CO2 and BOD to get profit for business development more.
