Research "Speech Quality in Patients with Uvula Speech Disorders: Case Study in DF Age 11 Years" aims to describe the uvula phoneme disorders in speech and describe the clarity of the phonemes and the location of clarity of articulation that is mastered in children with DF uvula uterine disorders aged 11 years. This study focuses on psycholinguistic studies on the topic of speech quality in patients with Uvula speech disorder. Presentation of the results of data analysis using an informal presentation model, namely the analyzed data are explained using simple words but in a coherent, detailed, and continuous manner, so that they are clear and easy to understand. The subject of this research is a case study in children aged 11 years with uvula uterine disorder. The results obtained that the pronunciation is marked by interruption of pronunciation in the uvular phoneme /R/ at the beginning of the word as much as 30 data, interruption of pronunciation in the uvular phoneme /R/ in the middle of the word as much as 13 data, and interruption of pronunciation /R/ at the end of the word as much as 12 data. The uvular phoneme /R/ at the beginning of the word DF has difficulty and is pronounced vaguely or has fusion and change. The uvular phoneme /R/ in the middle of a word often experiences phasing and displacement or fusion (assimilation). The uvular phoneme /R/ at the end of the word experiences a phoneme shift or fusion (assimilation) and undergoes phoneme absorption. Keywords: phonemic disorders, psycholinguistics,
