GAMBARAN KEPASIFAN GURU DALAM MENINDAKLANJUTI IJIME DI FILM KIZUDARAKE NO AKUMA KAJIAN SOSIOLOGI SASTRA 映画『傷だらけの悪魔』におけるいじめに対しての教師の受動性の代表

Abstract

ABSTRACT Zafira, Annisa, 2020. “Representation of Teachers’ Passivity in Handling Ijime in the Film Kizudarake no Akuma”, Thesis, Japanese Language and Culture, Faculty of Humanities, Diponegoro University, Semarang. The advisor is Fajria Noviana, S.S., M.Hum. This research aims to describe the representation of teachers’ passivity upon handling ijime in a film entitled Kizudarake no Akuma. The method used for collecting data was done by library research and was analyzed using comparative descriptive method. The theories that were used to analyze were narrative structure theory by Pratista and sociology of literature theory by Swingewood. The narrative structure that was analyzed were story and plot, correlation between narrative and space, correlation between narrative and time, main elements of narrative, mise-en-scene, and sound. The theory of sociology of literature by Swingewood was used to analyzed how teachers’ passivity upon handling ijime was being represented in the film Kizudarake no Akuma. The result of this study showed that there were a few of similarities between cases of ijime, boukansha, and neglects done by teachers in the film Kizudarake no Akuma and in real life. One of the examples of these similarities is when a teacher character named Ōseto Midori returns a note containing a report about ijime, with when a teacher in Aichi denies there is ijime in their class even though they have gotten the report directly from the victim. This film teaches that ignoring ijime, thus being a boukansha, is one of the many kinds of ijime. Keyword: Film Kizudarake no Akuma, Ijime, Boukansha, Passivity, Teacher
