Abstract

Extension agents have challenges in extension activities, namely farmers are still unable to use 32 inpari seeds because their education is low. The purpose of the research were (1) to analyze the role of instructors in the application of inpari 32 rice seeds, (2) to analyze the attitudes of farmers in the application of inpari 32 rice seeds, (3) to analyze the influence of the role of instructors on attitudes farmers in the application of inpari rice seeds 32. The research was conducted on 6 – 30 January 2020 in Farmer Groups Sari Tani 01. The research method used was a survey. The research location was chosen purposively. Method of determining respondents was purposive sampling. Total respondents 32. Data collection methods were interviews and observation. Data analysis method is descriptive and statistical. The results showed that the role of instructors was categorized high. The attitude of farmers in applying inpari 32 rice seeds based on sapta usahatani was categorized high. The role of instructors as educators and motivators partially influenced the attitudes of farmers, innovators and facilitators had no partial effect on the attitudes of farmers. The role of extension workers had simultaneously affects the attitudes of farmers.
