Abstract
ABSTRACT This research was conducted to analyze the influence of social and economic factors on employee job satisfaction in the LAFAZA CV in Pekalongan City. Social factors and economic factors in this study were include age, level of education, and work experience, the number of family dependents, distance from home to work location, social welfare, and working hours. Research was using survey methods. The method of determining the location of research was determined purposively. Determination of the number of respondents was using sample population with a total of 37 respondents. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously social and economic factors including age, level of education, and work experience, number of family dependents, distance from home to work location, social welfare, and working hours had a significant effect with a level of confidence of 0.05 on employee job satisfaction at CV LAFAZA.
