Dairy Farmers Satisfaction Towards Partnership Program with Koperasi Andini Luhur

Abstract

Partnership program between dairy farmers in Getasan District and Koperasi Andini Luhur needs to be followed up because it is considered unfavorable for farmers during the partnership activities. This research aim were to analyze partnership activities and the level of satisfaction of dairy farmers in Getasan District towards implementing partnerships with Koperasi Andini Luhur. This research was conducted in December 2019 to January 2020 in Getasan District. Determination of location was done intentionally with consideration that its became the center of dairy farms in Semarang Regency. This research method used survey. Respondents were dairy farmers in Getasan District who partnered with Koperasi Andini Luhur. Data analysis used were descriptive and quantitative analysis using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and the Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Based on the research, type of partnership are "Inti Plasma". The results of IPA calculation there are 1 attributes that are classified in Quadrant I (top priority), 2 attributes classified in Quadrant II (maintain), 4 attributes classified in Quadrant III (low priority) and 3 attributes classified in quadrant IV (excessive). The results of CSI calculation obtained were 54.84%, which means that dairy farmers are quite satisfied with the peformance services provided by Koperasi the Andini Luhur.
