Abstract

ABSTRACT Prasidya, Wahyu Eko. 2020. “Verbs with the meaning of “Melepaskan or Release” in Japanese “. Thesis, Department of Japanese Language and Culture, Faculty of Humanities, Diponegoro University. The Advisor: S.I. Trahutami, S.S., M.Hum. The purpose of the research are: 1. To know the verbs in Japanese that include in the meaning of “melepaskan or release” in semantic fields. 2. Furthermore, to describe the characteristic meaning of every Japanese verbs that include in the meaning of “melepaskan or release”in semantic fields. The data in this research are attained from the digital articles in “www.ejje.weblio.jp”, “www.asahi.com” , “www.tsurihack.com” , and “www.yourei.jp”. The collecting data is done with the writing method. Method of data analysis used is agih method. The agih method has bagi unsur langsung technique as its basic technique. The results of research show that Japanese has 13 verbs that include in the meaning of “melepaskan or release” in sematic fields.That are “melepaskan or release” of something are trying to catch. “melepaskan or release” something catch, “melepaskan or release” for human objects. “melepaskan or release” for animal objects.
