HUBUNGAN SIKAP KERJA BERDIRI DENGAN KELUHAN MUSKULOSKELETAL PADA OPERATOR MESIN WINDING DI SPINNING III PT. APAC INTI CORPORA, BAWEN, SEMARANG

Abstract

Tenaga kerja selama bekerja pada posisi berdiri mengalami keluhan pegal-pegal pada otot tulang belakang bagian bawah dan kaki yang disebabkan oleh dimensi mesin yang tidak sesuai dengan antropometri tenaga kerja, sehingga sikap atau postur kerja menjadi kurang sesuai dan menyebabkan keluhan-keluhan kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui hubungan sikap kerja berdiri terhadap keluhan muskuloskeletal pada operator mesin winding di spinning III PT. Apac Inti Corpora, bawen, semarang dengan jumlah responden 36 orang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan sikap kerja berdiri dengan keluhan muskuloskeletal pada operator mesin winding di spinning III PT. Apac Inti Corpora, Bawen, Semarang. Disarankan perusahaan melakukan perbaikan pada kantin dengan memberi sandaran punggung dan kaki pada kursi kantin, sehingga pekerja dapat merelaksasikan otot pada waktu istirahat. This research aims to recognize the correlation of the standing work pose to the musculiskeletal of the winding operator in spinning III PT. Apac Inti Corpora, Bawen, Semarang with 36 respondents. This is sn explanatory research using cross sectional approch. The research result indicates that there is a correlation between the standing work pose and the musculoskeletel dissorder with p value 0,002, there is a relationship between the duration of work and the musculoskeletal dissorder with of the winding machine operator in spinning III PT.
