ANALISIS SWOT IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA INSTALASI CUCI DAN PENYUCI HAMA RSUD MARGONO SOEKARJO PURWOKERTO

Abstract

Unit laundry rumah sakit merupakan tempat kerja yang memiliki jenis pekerjaan cukup komplek dengan bermacam faktor bahaya yang mempengaruhi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja para karyawan, pasien dan pengunjung. Dalam pekerjaan administrasi, penting untuk mengetahui berbagai faktor penopang dan penghambat pelaksanaan program sebagai bahan masukan perencanaan strategis organisasi, sehingga pelaksanaan program dapat lebih lancar. Salah satu cara untuk mengetahui adalah dengan analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities dan Threats implementasi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada Instansi Cuci dan Penyuci Hama (ICPH) RSUD Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif evaluatif dengan metode survei dan cross sectional sebagai pendekatannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada ICPH RSUD Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto memiliki Strengths pada unsur administrasi Man yaitu jumlah petugas memadai, pendidikan petugas dan kepala sesuai peraturan, pernah pelatihan, Money yaitu anggaran selalu terealisir, Method yaitu organisasi, administrasi, prosedur proses laundry dan sterilisasi, prosedur alat pemadam api ringan, pemantauan kualitas air, kualitas lingkungan instalasi memadai, Material yaitu bahan pembersih, disinfektan, kain, air bersih, lakban sterilisasi selalu memadai, Machine yaitu peralatan seperti kereta dorong dan mesin cuci otomatis berkapasitas besar mamadai, fasilitas keselamatan kerja memadai. Beberapa Waknesses pada Method yaitu petugas tidak memakai pakaian kerja lengkap dan alat pelindung diri, tidak ada pemeriksaan kesehatan berkala, linen kotor tidak dibungkus dengan plastik transparan dan machine yaitu ruang penanganan linen kotor dan ruang penanganan linen bersih tidak terpisah, kereta linen terbuka, Opportunities yang ditemukan adalah komotmen rumah sakit dalam implementasi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dan membuka laundry untuk umum serta Threats dari peraturan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, akreditasi rumah sakit. Saran-saran untuk ICPH RSUD Margono Soekarjo adalah meminimalkan kelemahan dan menghidari ancaman peraturan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dan akreditasi rumah sakit dengan : penyuluhan tentang alat pelindung diri, mengusulkan pemeriksaan kesehatan secara berkala, memisahkan ruang penanganan linen bersih dan kotor, pembuatan tutup kereta linen kotor, pengadaan plastik pembungkus linen kotor dalam pengangkutan. In an administration work, it is necessary to know any supperting and inhibiting factors of program implementation, for a preparation, so that the program implementation can run well. One way to know it is by SWOT analysis. The research aims to know about strengths, weaknesses, apportunities and threats implementation of occupational safety and health at laundry unit of RSUD Margono Soekarjo. The research was descriptive evaluative research with survey method and cros sectional approach. The result of research shoe that at wash installation and pest washer own the strengths on the money administration element that is there are Man that is sum up adequate worker, worker education and lead according to regulation, have training, Money is reality of budget, Method is organization, administration, process laundry and sterillization, procedure of light extinguisher, quality monitoring water and environmental . Material is cleanser, desinfectant, clean water, sterilization indicator, Machine is tools davices and adequate automatically wasing machine and safety facility. Some weaknesses on method is workers do not wear the complete work clothes and apliance self protector, thyere not periodic health inspection, dirty linen isn'threats wrapped with the transparent plastik and machine is dirty linen handling space and clean linen handling space do not apart, linen cart opened, opportunities are founded the commitment of hospital to increase service qualityof work safety and health, opening loundry for public, and threats from various regulation of work safety and health, hospital accredition which in it there are assessment of linen sterilization and management, other installation required. The suggestions for the wash Installation and Pest Washer at Margono Soekarjo district general hospital (RSUD)Purwokerto is weakness minimization and avoid the various on threat of work safety and health regulation and hospital accredition with : counseling about appliance of self protector, proposing periodic health inspection, dissociating dirty and clean linen handling space, making close the dirty linen cart, levying of dirty linen packer plastic.
