PENGARUH MOTIVASI INTRINSIK, MOTIVASI EKSTRINSIK DAN PERSEPSI KEMUDAHAN PENGGUNAAN (PERCEIVED EASE OF USE) TERHADAP NIAT BERPERILAKU MENGGUNAKAN KOMPUTER DALAM PENYUSUNAN LAPORAN KEUANGAN (Studi Empiris pada SKPD Pemerintah Daerah Kota/ Kabupaten se-Propinsi Bengkulu)

Abstract

ABSTRACT The main purposes of this study is to tests effects of intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation and perceived ease of use on behavior intentions to use computers in the preparation of SKPD Financial Reporting. This study adopted study by Fagan, et al. (2008) with some modification. The object of the research was staff financial of SKPD of local government in Bengkulu. This study used random sampling technique in the data collection. The data was obtained by dissemination questionnaire with direct delivery method to 500 in 250 SKPD Pemerintah Daerah Bengkulu and 357 respondent (71,40%) returned the questionnaire. The data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS program version 16.0. This results of this study show that intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation and perceived ease of use had effects on behaviour intentions to use computers in the preparation of SKPD Financial Reporting can not received because not significantly. Intrinsic motivation and perceived ease of use had significantly positive effects on extrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation had significantly positive effects on perceived ease of use.
