Abstract
Proses produksi Pengecoran Logam "W" mencapai suhu 34,80,suhu tersebut masih melebihi nilai ambang batas yang ditetapkan berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Menteri Tenaga Kerja No: Kep/MEN/1999 tentang Nilai Ambang Batas Faktor Fisik di tempat kerja. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuki mengetahui perbedaan tekan darah tenaga kerja sebelum dan sesudah pemaparan panas pada pengrajin pengecoran logam "W" di Kecamatan Ceper Kabupaten Klaten. Jenis penelitianexplanatory (menjelaskan) dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional.Variabel bebas tekanan panas dan variabel terikat tekanan darah. Populasi adalah seluruh tenaga kerja yang bekerja di Pengecoran Logam "W" di Kecamatan Ceper Kabupaten Klaten, yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan sampel purposive, dengan kriteria inklusi, berjumlah 21 orang. analisis dengan menggunakan program komputer dengan tingkat kemaknaan untuk menolak Ho adalah < 0,05. analisis bivariat dengan uji t-test. Hasil uji t untuk tekanan darah sistole sebelum dan sesudah pemaparan panas adalah p value 0,012 < 0,05, sedangkan uji untuk tekanan darah diastole sebelum dan sesudah pemaparan panas adalah p value 0,09 < 0,05 berarti bermakna, yaitu ada perbedaan tekanan darah tenaga kerja baik sistole maupun diastole sebelum dan sesudah pemaparan panas. Hasil uji t untuk tekanan darah arteri rata-rata sebelum dan sesudah pemaparan panas adalah p value 0,029 < 0,05 berarti bermakna, yaitu ada perbedaan tekanan darah arteri rata-rata. Perhitungan tekanan darah tenaga rata-rata tekanan darah sistole sebelum pemaparan panas sebesar 110,95 mmHg, dan seswudah 70,00 mmHg, selisih antara sebelum dan sesudah pemaparan panas adalah 4,29 mmHg. Tekana darah arteri rata-rata sebelum dan sesudah pemaparan panas sebesar 86,50 mmHg menjadi 82,62 mmHg dengan selisih 3,88 mmHg. Saran perlu adanya Pos UKK guna pemberdayaan dan pembudayaan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja di kalangan dunia usaha dan keluarganya serta masyarakat sekeliling perusahaan. The temperature still exceed the threshold value specified by based to Ministter of Man power Decree No:Kep 51/MEN/1999 about Threshold Value of Physical Factor at workplace. Research target is to know the difference of worker's blood pressure at before and after heat effected at "W" metal casting worker's craftsman in subdistrict of Ceper Klaten District. The type of the is explanatory reserach (to explain) with the Cross sectional approach. independent variable is heat pressure and dependent variable is blood pressure. Population in this pressure is entire man worker's on "W" metal casting in subdistict of Ceper, klaten district, as much as 24 people's. The sample taken in this reserch is using purposive sample, with inclusive criterion, to amount to 21 people's. The analysis is using computer programme with the significantly level to refuse the Ho is < 0,05. Bivariate analysis with the T-test. Result of t-test for the systole blood pressure at before and after heat effected is p value 0,012 < 0,05, while T-test for the Dyastole blood pressure before and after heat effected is p value 0,09 < 0,05 that meaning are significant, there are difference of worker's blood pressure, both of systole and dyastole at before and after heat effected. Result of t-test for the average of blood pressure on artery before and after heat effected is p value 0,029 < 0,05 which have significan,there are difference of artery blood pressure on average. The calculation on average of worker systole blood pressure before heat affected is 110,95 mmHg, and after it us 70,00 mmHg, difference of before and after heat affected are 4,29 mmHg. The average of artery blood pressure at before and after heat affected equal to 86,50 mmHg become to 82,62 mmHg with difference is 3,88 mmHg. It is recommended that need to existance of UKK post to striving after and practicing the work health and safety in business realm, in the family and in society around the industry.
