PENGARUH CURAHAN WAKTU KERJA WANITA TANI TEMBAKAU TERHADAP PENERIMAAN KELUARGA DI KECAMATAN JUMO KABUPATEN TEMANGGUNG THE INFLUENCE OF CHARACTERISTICS OF WOMEN TOBACCO WORKING TIMES ON FAMILY REVENUE IN JUMO DISTRICT, TEMANGGUNG REGENCY

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to find out 1) Working time by woman tobacco farmers in Jumo District, Temanggung Regency 2) Contribution of women's revenue to family revenue 3) Effect of revenue of women's working time on tobacco plantations toward family revenue. This research was conducted in February - March 2018 in Jumo District, Temanggung Regency. The research method was survey. The method of determining the sample was done by Slovin method with 82 samples. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and simple regression analysis. The results showed that the average HKSP of female farmers was 83HKSP/total activity during 1 period of harvesting by average revenue Rp.5,596,451. Family welfare can be seen from the dual role of women farmers as housewives and as women tobacco farmers to increase family revenue. This can be seen from contribution of female farmers of 39% to family revenue. The contribution of farming can be categorized as sufficient because it corresponds to the scale of contribution interval where 30,01%-40,00% is categorized sufficient. There is no significant influence between the working time on family revenue because the wages of women farmers are not given from how many hours the women work but are given per-activity.
