Abstract
Kata Kunci : Arduino Mega 2560, Monitoring, Transformator,Temperature,VTScada Transformer is one of the most important components, because it is used in the distribution of electricity to consumers to be enjoyed. Therefore the transformer or transformer must be maintained the quality and quantity in the implementation of electricity distribution. The quality of the transformer must be maintained so that it can live long and have good usage efficiency. Transformer interference can cause a lack of life of the transformer itself. Examples of interference are overload and unbalanced load. Where the current exceeds the full load limit of the transformer itself the transformer also experiences over temperature even though the load has not exceeded the load current because the transformer temperature exceeds the allowable limit. Monitoring the transformer load using the Arduino Mega 2560 as a control center can detect the temperature of the transformer automatically. Arduino Mega 2560 functions as the brain of the transformer over temperature monitoring system equipped with Ethernet Shield and router so that the monitoring equipment can be connected to a computer network and can be monitored remotely using SCADA. The equipment monitored by the transformer is the MLX 90614 temperature sensor and LED to determine the temperature of the transformer under normal conditions with a temperature <35 ℃, be careful with temperatures> 40 ℃, or danger> 45 ℃ and over themperature> 47 ℃. , and a relay to light the load supplied by the transfomator.
