PERAN ANGGOTA KELOMPOK WANITA TANI (KWT) MANDIRI DALAM PEREKONOMIAN KELUARGA DI KELURAHAN CEPOKO KECAMATAN GUNUNGPATI KOTA SEMARANG

Abstract

EEvery women has productive and reproductive roles, so they have a strategic role in order to improve their family economy. This research aims to 1) analyze the role of women farmer’s group of mandiri in order to improve family income at Cepoko Village 2) analyze the women workers’allocation time for productive and reproductive activities 3) analyze the access and control of women farmer’s group of mandiri in order to improve family income. This research began on November 29th 2018 until December 29th 2018 at Mandiri Women Farmer’s Group. The research’s methods were carried out as follows thirty respondents were surveyed with complete enumeration method. All the data was collected by questionnaire, depth-interview, observation, documentation and recording. Data was analyzed using descriptively. The results for this study are: 1) women farmer’s group of mandiri earns average income for about Rp. 1.968.810,- from participating in the Women Farmer’s Group and independent bussiness, 2) allocation time for productive activities is 6 hours 2 minutes (23.4%) while for reproductive activities is 11 hours 2 minutes (44.3%). The allocation time for reproductive activities is higher than productive activities, the allocation time for these social activities is conditional 3) Mandiri Women Farmer’s Group members have high access in reproductive, productive, social, and family economy activities.
