ANALISIS TINGKAT KESEJAHTERAAN NELAYAN JURAGAN DAN NELAYAN ABK PURSESENIE DI KABUPATEN TEGAL JAWA TENGAH

Abstract

Prosperity level is alwayas identical with poverty condition wich is complex problems for general society livelihood have already showed that a part of fisherman society live in poverty condition. Therefore, it was necessary to do in depth test about poverty indicators use as measurement criteria of prosperity level’s general society especially fisherman.The purpose of this research was to analyze Employer and Crew of puseseine fisheries prosperity level. The method in this research was descriptive qualitative. Population in this research was one day fishing of capture fisheries fisherman. Number of respondents are 76 and consist of 26 employer and 50 crew. They are from Surodadi village and Larangan Village, census used as sampling techniques. The collection of data was carried out by combination of 12 poverty indicators, consisted of poverty indicator to the Central Statistical Corporation 2013 and 2015 and a Terms of Trade of Fisherman (NTN) concept. The result of fisherman prosperity level research was analyzed by combination of 12 poverty indicators showed that fisherman, simultaneously were not poor or properous. Partially, the employer and crew were not poor or prosperous. The fisherman prosperity level based on a Terms of Trade of Fisherman (NTN) concept, showed that fisherman were not poor or prosperous. Whereas partially analysis, aTerm of Trade Fisherman of employer = 1,29 (NTN>1) and crew = 2,31 (NTN>1) that mean both of them were not poor or prosperous.
