ANALISIS WAKAMONO KOTOBA DALAM FILM KIMI NO NA WA 映画「君の名は」における若者言葉

Abstract

ABSTRACT Suhada, Fani. 2019. “Analisis Wakamono Kotoba dalam Film Kimi no Na wa”. Thesis, Department of Languages and Japanese Studies, Faculty of Humanities, Diponegoro University. The Advisor Elizabeth Ika Hesti ANR, S.S., M.Hum. In this writing thesis, the writer discussed “The Analysis of Japanese Slang in Kimi no Na wa film”. The aim of these research are to explain the word formation of Japanese slang and to describe the function. The writer obtained the data from Japanese film titled Kimi no Na wa. Those data were collected using note taking technique. Then, to analyze the word formation of Japanese slang, the writer used descriptive qualitative method. Meanwhile, to describe the use of language function, the writer used referential equivalent method. Based on the data analysis, the result show that there are seven word formation of Japanese slang. There are clipping, composition, affix, blending, absorption of English, sound change, and new vocabulary formation. Afterwards there are five function of language that used; emotive, conative, poetic, phatic, referential. Keyword: word formation, language function, wakamono kotoba, Kimi no Na wa
