Abstract

HUBUNGAN ANTARA PSYCHOSOCIAL SAFETY CLIMATE DENGAN HAPPINESS AT WORK PADA KARYAWAN PERCETAKAN SUKUN DRUCK KUDUS Amelia Koesdwi Estuningtyas 15010115140187 Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Diponegoro Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara psychosocial safety climate dengan happiness at work pada karyawan Percetakan Sukun Druck Kudus. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 123 karyawan tetap Percetakan Sukun Druck yang memiliki minimal masa kerja satu tahun, dengan sampel sebanyak 83 orang (L= 37 orang, P = 46 orang) yang diambil menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Skala Psychosocial Safety Climate (29 aitem,  = 0, 886) dan Skala Happiness at Work (23 aitem,  = 0,909). Hasil penelitian dengan analisis korelasional Spearman’s rho menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara psychosocial safety climate dengan happiness at work dengan (rs = 0,675; p = 0,000). Selain itu, diketahui pula bahwa karyawan perempuan memiliki tingkat psychosocial safety climate lebih tinggi daripada karyawan laki-laki. The population of this study is 123 Percetakan Sukun Druck Employee who have a minimum working period of one year, with sample 83 employee (M= 37 people, F=46 people), taken using convenience sampling techniques. The measuring instrument used in this study was Psychosocial Safety Climate scale (29 aitem,  = 0, 886) and Happiness at Work scale (23 aitem,  = 0,909). Results of data analysis using Spearman’s Rho correlational analysis showed that there was a significant positive relationship between psychosocial safety climate with happiness at work with (rs = 0,675; p = 0,000). Beside that, it is also know that female employee have a higher lever of psychosocial safety climate than male employee. Kata kunci: psychosocial safety climate, happiness at work, employee
