The language that should have been used as a unifying tool in the Anak Jaksel's conversation through texts on Twitter refers to cornering the group. The theory of representation from Stuart Hall and the construction of social reality from Berger and Luckmann are used to determine the representation of cyberbullying patterns formed through Twitter text using the language of "Anak Jaksel". This study uses Roland Barthes's semiotic analysis, with text compiled through social media Twitter in the hashtag category #AnakJaksel and through direct search. This data was taken in August, September, and October 2018 with total 1016 texts. The main analysis unit consists of 12 texts that have high interactivity. While researchers found three new patterns, namely the generalization of stigma as a herring of opinion on the assessment of Anak Jaksel, class and identity as a form of Anak Jaksel 's identity and dark jokes as a dark joke offered to insinuate and offend "Anak Jaksel". The representation in the diction categorization owned by Anak Jaksel, that language is used as a means to carry out cyberbullying. Initially the language of South Jakarta emerged as an intentional approach that was used as a personal code in a group. Then it changes to a constructionist approach when language is accepted as an interaction between virtual communities in social media. The construction of social reality, Twitter becomes a place for cyberbullying to occur, and eventually it becomes a social media phenomenon. Social media with all the advantages and the good side, in the end has a dark side that was successfully revealed through cyberbullying texts in the phenomenon of the language of "Anak Jaksel".
