Abstract
The purpose of this study is to uncover the implementation of Islamic values in school culture. This research used case study method and collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation for a certain period. The method was chosen with the reason that the research could be conducted more focused and indepth to study the implementation of Islamic values at Al-Azhar 14 Islamic High School Semarang. The results of this study show broadly that Islamic values have been applied well in school culture. The culture in school consists of a vision, mission and goals, values, ritual, beliefs, traditions, ceremonies, history, architecture, symbols, artifacts. For Islamic values that have been implemented in school are worships, trust and responsibility, fairness, ihsan, mutual help, halalan thayyiban, dan discussion.
