ANALISIS KEMISKINAN RUMAH TANGGA MELALUI FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHINYA DI DESA UJONG PACU KECAMATAN MUARA SATU KOTA LHOKSEUMAWE

Abstract

Ujong Pacu is one of the villages that has large number of poor households. Therefore, a solution to minimize the number of poor households in Ujong Pacu is needed. This is done by knowing the causes of poverty that exist at the household level. This research aims to analyze the effect of family members total, basic needs and supporting environment on household poverty in Ujong Pacu. The method used in this research is binary logistic regression. The type of data is primary data which is obtained from 73 household samples in Ujong Pacu, and secondary data as supporting data in this research. The result of this research shows that the value of the determination coefficient (Nagelkerke R-Squared) is 0,375. Variable family members total, basic needs and supporting environment have significant effects on household poverty in Ujong Pacu. Thus, family members total, basic needs and supporting environment should be considered to solve problem of household poverty in Ujong Pacu.
