PENGARUH KEBIJAKAN APBD, INFLASI, PENGANGGURAN DAN KEMISKINAN TERHADAP INDEKS PEMBANGUNAN MANUSIA DI INDONESIA (2010-2016)

Abstract

This research aims to analize the influence of APBD policies, inflation, unemployment and poverty on the Human Development Index in Indonesia during the seven years of the implementation period, namely from 2010-2016. The method used in this study is a data panel with a fixed effect model approach, and using secondary data types. The results of the analysis concluded that the variables of regional expenditure, inflation, and unemployment had a significant effect on human development index variables. But in the variable Poverty and Regional Income does not affect the human development index. Regional expenditure is the variable that has the greatest influence on human development index variables. During the 7 years of APBD policy on the expenditure side in Indonesia empirically it can be proven that the human development index in Indonesia is increasing every year.
