Abstract

Dalam rangka mempercepat penurunan AKB dan AKI di Indonesia, Departemen Kesehatan Melakukan upaya terobosan dengan menempatkan tenaga bidan diDesa. Bidan merupakan tenaga profesional yang mempunyai tugas dan wewenang dalam bidang pelayanan kebidanan, pelayanan kesehatan bayi dan anak, pelayanan keluarga berencana serta pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat. Awalnya status bidan di desa Pegawai Negeri Sipil, sejak tahun 1994 pengangkatannya sebagai pegawai tidak tetap (PTT) dengan masa bakti selama tiga tahun.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mempercepat gambaran tentang kinerja bidan di desa PTT dan beberapa faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja pelayanan bidan di desa PTT di Kabupaten Kendal. Sampel penelitian 74 responden. Penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Dengan menggunakan uji Chi Squarediperoleh dari hasil bahwa variabel yang mempunyai hubungan secara bermakna dengan kinerja pelayanan adalah masa kerja (p:0,013);pelatihan (p:0,006). Sedangkan variabel yang tidak mempunyai hubungan secara bermakna dengan kinerja pelayanan adalah umur (p:0,921); tempat tinggal (0,746); status marital (p:0,951). Bahwa ada hubungan masa kerja,pendidikan,pelatihan dengan kinerja pelayanan. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Pelayanan, karakteristik Bidan THE CORELATION OF VILLAGE MIDWIFE CHARACTER A NON PERMANENT EMPLOYEE (PTT) WITH ITS EFFECTIVE SERVICE WORK AT KENDAL REGENCY In accelerating the decline of Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) and Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in indonesia,the Depertement performs breakthough effort by plancing the midwife staff in the village. A midwife is a professional staff having duty and authority in the field of midwifery service,baby and childrens health service. In the beginning, a midwife status in the village was Civil servant Official, since 1994,its appointment has been as a permanent employee (PTT) with service period for there years. The aim research was to obtain description about midwife's work at (PTT) village and some factors related with midwife service work at PTT village Kendal regency> The research samples were 74 respodents. The research used cross sectional approach. By Using Chi Square test, it was obtained the result that variables having significant correlation with service work a work period (p:0,003); education (p:0.006). Meanwhile variables having no significant correlation with service work are age (p:0,921);resident (p:0;746);marital status (p:0,951).
