This research is a qualitative study with the deep interview method. The total participants were six ICU nurses who work at general public hospital in Central Java . The results of this study were that ICU nurses experienced two obstacles to being able to do napping, namely the unavailability of places for napping and the very busy condition of the ICU. ICU nurses look for alternatives in other places and do specific time management so they can do napping.
