Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja adalah kelelahan. Pada beban kerja fisik dan intensitas kebisingan yang melebihi NAB (99,5-104 dB A) dapat menimbulkan gejala kelelahan seperti kurang konsentrasi, rasa haus, pusing dan lain-lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa hubungan beban kerja fisik dan intensitas kebisingan terhadap kelelahan pada operator Loom di Unit Weaving V Denim PT. A Kabupaten Semarang. Jenis Penelitian adalah observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi berjumlah 33 operator wanita mesin Loom dengan sampel sebanyak 16 orang yang diambil secara purposive. Beban kerja fisik diukur dengan cara palpasi pada arteri radialis, intensitas kebisingan diukur dengan Sound Level Meter dan kelelahan diukur dengan Reaction Timer. Analisa bivariat dengan Uji Korelasi Pearson Product Moment pada taraf signifikan alfa 5%. Besar hubungan beban kerja fisik dengan kelelahan adalah 0,529 (r=0,529) dan p value=0,035. Besar hubungan intensitas kebisingan dengan kelelahan adalah 0,598 (r=0,598) dan p value=0,014. HAsil uji menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara beban kerja fisik dan intensitas kebisingan terhadap kelelahan. Perusahaan perlu mengganti earplug yang terbuat dari bahan lunak, memberikan hak kompensasi kesehatan bagi tenaga kerja yang mengalami cacat akibat kerja. Operator dianjurkan menggunakan waktu istirahat seoptimal mungkin dan memakai earplug yang sudah disediakan. Physical workload and noise intensity which Threshould Limited Value (99,5-104 dB A) generate signs of tired symptom such as less of concentration, feel thirsthy,dizzy,etc. The aim of this research was analyzing correlation between physical workload and noise intensity with fatigue of loom operator on Weaving V Denim Unit PT. A on area district of Semarang. This observasional research utilizing cross-sectional approach. Administratif 16 female operators as respondens. Physical workload was measured using palpation on arthery radiale, noise intensity was measured using Sound Level Meter, and fatigue was measured Reaction Timer. Bivariate analyse using pearson product moment test 0,05 level of significant. The correlation between physical workload with fatigue is 0,529 (r=0,529) and p value is 0,035. The correlation between noise intensity with fatigue is 0,598 (r=0,598) and p value is 0,014. The statistical result showed that there were signicant correlation between physical workload and noise intensity with fatigue. The company need to provide earplug was being made from soft material, gives right of health compesation to operator who suffer defect was being caused by work. Operators should using the rest time optimally and wear earplug that was provided by company. Keyword: Physical Workload, Noise Intensity,and Fatigue
