Abstract
The research aimed was to know the effect of the addition of fungal probiotic Rhizopus oryzae in feed on totally plasma protein and Heterophyl and lymphocyte ratio of native chicken. The research used 100 day old chickens with initially body weight 39,65±3,66 g. Research used completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments. Each treatment was replicated 5 times. The research had 10 experimental units, each unit consists of 5 chickens so that the total of the chicken used was 100. The treatment was the dose of the dried culture of fungal Rhizopus oryzae. The following were the four treatments, T0/Control (0%) , T1 (0.2 %), T2 (0.4 %) and T3 (0.6 %). The variables observed were:the level of totally plasma protein (PPT),Heterophyl-Lymphocyte ratio (H/L), mean corpuscle hemoglobin (MCH)and liver weight. The results showed that there were not any effect of the all treatments on level of totally plasma protein (PPT), mean corpuscle hemoglobin (MCH)and liver weight whereas there was an effect on Heterophyl-Lymphocyte ratio (H/L). The conclution was the addition of fungal probiotic Rhizopus oryzae in ration which was gave one time a week was not yet increase in plasma protein and was not change in the level of chicken health. Key words: fungal probiotic, native chicken, H/L, PPT
