Abstract

ABSTRACT Excellent service is very good service or the best service in accordance with the applicable service standards and owned by an agency in this case is a hospital to realize satisfaction for patients in order to create quality services in hospitals. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service at the RSUD Dr. Soediran Mangun Sumarso, Wonogiri Regency, which includes 5 dimensions of Excellent Service, includes Evidence of Physical / Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness Power, Assurance, Empaty. This study uses a type of quantitative research, with a survey method, carried out by filling out questionnaires. This research technique uses nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique as many as 204 respondents in the third grade adult ward, Anggrek 2, Anggrek 3, Melati, Teratai. Analysis data using Descriptive Frequency. Research Results on Dimension of Reliability (Good 51.0%, Very Good 21.6%, Moderate 40.7% and Poor 8.8%), Dimensions of Ressponsivines (Good 49.0%, Very Good 23.5%, Moderate 42, 2% Bad 4.4%), Dimensions of Assurance (Good 56.7%, Very Good 36.3%, Moderate 27.5%, and Bad 3.9%), Tangibel dimensions (Good 48.0%, Very Good 23.5%, Moderate 45.1% and Poor 9.8%), Dimensions of Empaty (Good 48.5%, Very Good 25.5%, Moderate 37.3% and Poor 2.9%), Satisfaction (Moderate 53.4%, Very Good 16.2%, Good 43.1%, Poor 8.8%).
