Abstract
Menopause is a term to describe the end of the reproductive cycle a woman. The changes that occur due to menopause can cause physical and psychological symptoms that can affect the anxiety of menopausal women. The anxiety that occurs in menopausal women can affect spiritual well-being. This study aims to determine the relationship of anxiety with spiritual well-being in menopausal women. This research is non-experimental quantitative research with a cross-sectional method. The sampling technique used total sampling. The number of samples is 181 menopausal women in the village of Langensari. The research instrument used a questionnaire HRS-A to measure anxiety levels and questionnaire SWBS to determine the level of spiritual well-being in menopausal women. That data obtained were analyzed using the Spearman Rank statistical test. The results showed there was a significant relationship between anxiety between spiritual well-being in menopausal women with the p-value = 0,047 (<0,05). Its recommendation for menopausal women to be able to seek information about changes in menopause, that it can reduce the level of anxiety and improve spiritual well-being.
