Abstract
Kecelakaan yang terjadi di tempat kerja banyak disebabkan oleh tindakan pekerja yang tidak aman atau kesalahan dalam operasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan sistem pengendalian bahaya, ketersediaan peralatan keselamatan kerja, frekuensi kejadian kecelakaan kerja antara bagian Raw Mill, Kiln dan Finish Mill Pabrik Semen Cilacap. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian Explanatory Research dengan metode survei analitik dan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian diambil secara Proportional Random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 45 responden. Berdasarkan uji statistika Kruskal-Wallis pada tingkat signifikasi 5% dapat disimpulkan tidak ada perbedaan antara Raw Mill, Kiln dan Finish Mill dalam hal sistem pengendalian bahaya dengan cara penempatan tenaga kerja sesuai dengan bidang yang dimiliki (p=0,145),penggantian bahan berbahaya (p=0,746), pemeliharaan alat (p=0,552), isolasi bahaya di tempat kerja (p=0,342), penggunaan alat pelindung diri (p=0,351). Tidak ada perbedaan antara Raw Mill, Kiln dan Finish Mill dalam hal ketersediaan alat proteksi kebakaran (p=0,439), alat pelindung diri (p=0,765), alat pengaman mesin p=0,351), tempat istirahat (p=0,803), pelaksanaan penyelidikan kejadian kecelakaan kerja (p=765), pelaporan kejadian kecelakaan kerja (p=0,882). Ada perbedaan Frekuensi kejadian kecelakaan kerja antara bagian Raw Mill, Kiln dan Finish Mill (p=0,00). Disarankan kepada perusahaan untuk melakuakn analisa ergonomi yang mungkin dilakukan, latihan tanggap darurat dan melengkapi ketersediaan peralatan keselamatan kerja. The number of 45 respondents were taken based on proportional random sampling. Based on Cruscall-Wallis statistic test on significancy level 5% it could be concluded that there were no significant difference among Raw mill, Kiln and Finish Mill division regarding hazard controlling system, with employee place suitability to their expertise(p=0,145),hazardous material replacement(p=0,746), devices maintenance (p=0,552), dangerous area isolation (p=0,342), personal protection equipment usage (p=0,351). There was no significant difference among Raw Mill, Kiln and Finish Millin regards fire protection devices (p=0,439), personal protection equipment (p=0,765),machine safety equipment (p=0,351), resting area (p=0,803), accident investigation practice (p=765), accident case report (p=0,882). There was difference in accident case frequency among Raw Mill, Kiln and Finish Mill division(p=0,00).
