HUBUNGAN ANTARA BEBERAPA FAKTOR RISIKO DENGAN KEJADIAN KECELAKAAN KERJA BERDASARKAN FORMULIR BENTUK KK 2 DAN KK 4 DI PABRIK GULA MADUKISMO YOGYAKARTA TAHUN 2002-2004

Abstract

Tenaga kerja yang bekerja pada suatu pabrik akan mengalami berbagai akibat dari pekerjaannya. Salah satu akibat dari pekerjaan itu adalah terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Tak terlepas juga tenaga kerja yang bekerja di pabrik gula Madukismo. Kecelakaan yang terjadi timbul dari beberapa faktor risiko. faktor-faktor risiko tersebut meliputi faktor tenaga kerja ( manusia ), lingkungan dan teknis. Setiap kecelakaan akan menimbulkan kerugian baik ekonomi, hilangnya waktu kerja, produktivitas turun dan lain-lain. Dari kerugian ekonomi tersebut dapat dilihat dari biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh pabrik guna biaya pengobatan bagi tenaga kerja kerja yang mengalami kecelakaan kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan beberapa faktor risiko dengan kejadian kecelakaan kerja berdasarkan formulir bentuk KK 2 dan KK 4 di Pabrik Gula Madukismo Yogyakarta tahun 2002-2004. Jumlah kejadian kecelakaan kerja di pabrik tersebut sebanyak 114 kasus. Data tersebut diambil dari formulir bentuk KK2 dan KK 4 yang merupakan formulir klaim tenaga kerja terhadap kejadian kecelakaan kerja ke PT Jamsostek. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory Study dengan pendekatan retrospective. Hasil penelitian ternyata menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara faktor umur, lama kerja, waktu kecelakaan dan tempat / lokasi. Disarankan kepada manajemen pabrik gula madukismo untuk memperbaiki sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, peningkatan sumber daya manusia, peningkatan peran P2K3, penyuluhan dan kampanye keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. The accident will couse some disadvanteges either in the field of economy, loss of working time or productivity decreasing, etc. The economiy loss can be seen from the cost that must be paid for the treatment of employee who get a working accident. The aim of the research isto know about the correlation between some risk factors and the working accident based on KK2 and KK4 form at sugar Manufactur of Madukismo Yogyakarta in 2002-2004. The amaunt of the working accident in this manufacture is 114 cases. The data is taken from the form of KK2 and KK4, which is a claim form of employee against the working accident to PT Jamsostek. This research is a kind of an Explanatory Study with Retrospective Approach. The result of the research indicates that there is correlation between factors of age, working period, time of accident and location. The writer suggests to the management of Madukismo Sugar Manufacture to improve the management system of working health and safety, the increasing of human resources, the increasing P2K3 role, the elucidation and campaign of working health and safety.
