Abstract
ABSTRAK Perencanaan Teknis Optimalisasi Jaringan Distribusi Air Minum SPAM IKK Mranggen Kabupaten Demak Rakhmat Ryandi Sopyan Putra, Arya Rezagama, Dwi Siwi Handayani Kondisi di lapangan menunjukan penyaluran air bersih di PDAM Demak khususnya SPAM IKK Mranggen belum optimal dikarenakan pasokan air bersih selama ini belum dapat menjangkau ke beberapa titik di Kelurahan Batursari dan Kebonbatur secara kontinyu dua puluh empat jam. Tentunya hal ini berdampak pada tingkat pelayanan PDAM yang masih rendah dan unit distribusi Kecamatan Mranggen memiliki tingkat kehilangan air yang sangat tinggi. Padahal pemerintah menetapkan target pemenuhan akses air minum bagi masyarakat mencapai angka 100 persen pada tahun 2019. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, diperlukan suatu perencanaan teknis optimalisasi jaringan distribusi air minum dengan wilayah pelayanan SPAM IKK Mranggen, Kabupaten Demak. Salah satu bagian dari pengoptimalisasian jaringan distribusi air minum di Kecamatan Mranggen adalah dengan rehabilitasi dan pengembangan jaringan. Pada tahap rehabilitasi jaringan, terdapat dua kegiatan utama yang akan dilakukan selama lima tahun perencanaan, yaitu kegiatan peningkatan kapasitas IPA Waru dan kegiatan rehabilitasi jaringan distribusi di Zona Distribusi Batursari dan Kebonbatur. Pada tahap pengembangan jaringan, terdapat dua kegiatan utama yang akan dilakukan selama lima tahun perencanaan selanjutnya, yaitu kegiatan memaksimalkan kapasitas debit yang dibawa oleh pipa di jaringan distribusi SPAM IKK Mranggen di Zona Distribusi Waru-Mranggen serta pengembangan jaringan distribusi ke Kelurahan Tegalarum dan Kelurahan Kembangarum. Biaya yang diperlukan untuk melakukan optimalisasi jaringan distribusi yaitu sebesar Rp 20,707,406,000.00. Kata kunci: Perencanaan Teknis, Optimalisasi, Rehabilitasi, Pengembangan Jaringan ABSTRACT Technical Planning for Optimizing the SPAM IKK Mranggen’s Drinking Water Distribution Network, Demak Regency Rakhmat Ryandi Sopyan Putra, Arya Rezagama, Dwi Siwi Handayani Conditions in the field show that the distribution of clean water in PDAM Demak, especially the IKK SPAM Mranggen, has not been optimal because clean water supply has not been able to reach several points in the Batursari and Kebonbatur Villages, twenty-four hours continuously. Of course, this has an impact on the level of service of PDAMs that are still low and the distribution unit of Mranggen District has a very high level of water loss. Even though the government set a target of fulfilling access to drinking water for the community to reach 100 percent by 2019. To overcome these problems, a technical plan for optimizing the distribution network of drinking water is needed with the service area of SPAM IKK Mranggen, Kabupaten Demak. One part of optimizing the drinking water distribution network in Mranggen District is through network rehabilitation and development. During the network rehabilitation phase, there are two main activities that will be carried out during the five years of planning, namely activities to increase IPA Waru’s capacity and rehabilitation network distribution activities in the Batursari and Kebonbatur Distribution Zones. At the network development stage, there are two main activities that will be carried out during the next five years of planning, namely the activity of maximizing the discharge capacity carried by pipes in the SPAM IKK Mranggen distribution network in the Waru-Mranggen Distribution Zone and the development of distribution networks to Tegalarum and Kembangarum Villages.
