Manufacturing industries as a prime mover sector could drive the economic growth and also increase the labor demand. Hence, this study aims to analyze the influence of Sectoral Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), foreign direct investment, and minimum wage towards the employment of manufacturing industries at 33 Provinces in Indonesia from 2014-2017. The secondary data used in this study consists of 33 Provinces of Indonesia on cross section data and 2014-2017 on time series data. The analytical method of this study is Fixed Effect Model (FEM) or Least Square Dummy Variable (LSDV). The results show that all independent variables simultaneously affect the dependent variable. Partially, sectoral GRDP had positive and significant effect to the employment of manufacturing industries. Whereas, foreign direct investment and minimum wage had insignificant effect to the employment of manufacturing insudtries at 33 Provinces in Indonesia from 2014-2017.
