Abstract

Collaborative Forest Management (CBFM) is an effort taken by the government through Perum Perhutani to overcome the phenomenon of forest destruction. The village of Padaan and Desa Sumberejo, which are part of the Blora Regency forest area, have been implementing this program since 2002. The implementation of the CBFM program in the area has brought economic change in the community. However, forest management carried out by related stakeholders has not been maximized. This is due to the low quality of human resources involved in the program. This study aims to determine the economic benefits received by the community as well as the influence and interests of stakeholders in the implementation of the program. This study was analyzed descriptively by the combined method (mix method). Quantitative analysis through income analysis and analysis of R / C ratios is used to analyze the economic benefits received by the pesanggem. Qualitative analysis is in the form of co management analysis to determine partnership-based forest management, and stakeholder analysis to find out the roles, interests and influences among stakeholders in forest management with the community in Padaan and Sumberejo Villages, Japah District, Blora Regency. The results of the study show that the acceptance of sharing was only accepted by one of the villages, Sumberejo Village. The income of Corn farming in Padaan Village is Rp. 10,816,896 per planting period with an R / C ratio of the total cost of 1.4 and productive income of cattle in the amount of Rp 1,010,220 per year with an R / C ratio of a total cost of 1.07 . The income of corn farming in Sumberejo Village was Rp. 11,732,862 per planting period with an R / C ratio of a total cost of 1.7 and productive business income of cows of Rp. 34,367 per year with an R / C ratio of the total cost of 1.00, which in costs total does not benefit. Mann Whitney Test the economic benefits of corn farming obtained by sharing LMDH (Sumberejo Village) are different from non-sharing (Padaan Village), while productive businesses are no different. The results of the evaluation of 11 key conditions for successful forest management with CBFM are close to 4. This shows that forest management is classified as good. The stakeholders who are classified as key players are Perum Perhutani, village authorities, sub-district authorities, Agriculture and Food Security (Dipertan), and the Forest Village Community Institute (LMDH). The actor who plays the crowd is the Forest Management Center and meuble teak wood businessman. Actors who act as subjects are members and LSM. A co management approach is needed for better forest management in the future.
