Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of psychological empowerment, perceived organizational support and employee engagement to the employees’ performance at CV. Kalika Intergraha. The data collection method used in this research is questionnaires dissemination by saturation sampling. The sample used is the entire population of the employees, which is 80 employees. The data analysis method used in this study is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, F test, and t test The outcome of this study indicates that the psychological empowerment, perceived organizational support and employee engagement all have positives and significant effect towards employee performance. Adjusted R square value of 69,6%, which means that 69,6% of employee performance can be explained by the variable of psychological empowerment, perceived organizational support and employee engagement, and the remaining 30,4% can be explained by other variables.
