STUDI GANGGUAN MUSCULOSKELETAL PADA TENAGA MEDIS DAN PARAMEDIS UNIT BEDAH ORTHOPEDI RS HIDAYAH PURWOKERTO

Abstract

Musculoskeletal disorders atau gangguan musculoskeletal sangat erat kaitannya dengan rasa sakit yang merupakan gejala paling jelas dalam hal gangguan pada alat penggerak tubuh. Pada aktifitas tenaga kerja di perusahaan gangguan ini dapat mempengaruhi produktifitas kerja maupun kesejahteraan pekerja, hal ini disebabkan oleh berbagai macam faktor yang bersifat langsung maupun tidak langsung. Untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang gangguan musculoskeletal yang menimpa tenaga medis dan paramedis di RS Ortopaedi Purwokerto tahun 2005. Penelitiani ini termasuk jenis penelitian explanatory research dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi yang diteliti adalah petugas medis dan paramedis unit bedah Ortopaedi sebanyak 36, dengan rincian 2 orang dokter spesialis bedah, 2 orang dokter umum dan 32 orang paramedis. Seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Kesimpulan penelitian:Terdapat gangguan musculoskeletal pada tenaga medis dan paramedis di RS Ortopaedi Purwokerto.
