Abstract
7 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi Tetes Tebu terhadap waktu pengomposan sampah sisa makanan dan sampah sayuran yang ditinjau dari Rasio C/N dengan penambahan Bioaktivator Lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2018 hingga November 2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimental yang terdiri dari 6 perlakuan yaitu 0 ml, 20 ml, 40 ml, 60 ml, 80 ml dan 100 ml Tetes Tebu terhadap komposisi sampah yang digunakan yaitu Sampah Sisa Makanan : Sampah Sayuran sebesar 1:1 dengan penambahan 100 gram Bioaktivator Lingkungan. Tahap penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 Tahap yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap analisis sampel. Pengomposan dilakukan secara aerobik dengan menggunakan sistem pengadukan sekali setiap hari hingga kompos dinyatakan memenuhi syarat SNI 19-7030-2004. Parameter yang diteliti pada penelitian ini adalah Suhu, pH, Kadar Air, Kadar C-Organik, Kadar N-Total, Kadar P-Total, Kadar K-Total, Rasio C/N, warna, bau, Ukuran Partikel dan penyusutan volume. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara kuantitatif dengan rasio C/N sebagai lama waktu pengomposan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil terbaik pada variasi Tetes Tebu 60 ml menghasilkan Rasio C/N sebesar 10,79 pada hari ke 7, menghasilkan kompos dengan kandungan unsur hara pada hari ke 7 yaitu kadar C-Organik sebesar 33,55 %, Kadar N-Total sebesar 3,11%, Kadar P-Total sebesar 0,161%, Kadar K-Total Sebesar 1,357%. Sedangkan kadar air sebesar 48,71 %, pH sebesar 6,90, suhu sebesar 330C, bewarna coklat-kehitaman, berbau tanah, dan ukuran partikel ±10 mm dengan penyusutan volume sebesar 63,64%. Kata Kunci : Sampah Makanan, Sampah Sayuran, Tetes Tebu, Pengomposan, Bioaktivator Lingkungan, Rasio C/N ABSTRAK [The Effect Of Cane Molasses Variations On The Time Of Composting From Food Waste And Vegetable Waste In Terms Of The C/N Ratio With The Addition Of Bioaktivator Lingkungan] This study aims to determine the effect of Cane Molasses variations on the time of composting from food waste and vegetable waste in terms of the C / N ratio with the addition of Bioaktivator Lingkungan. This research was conducted in August 2018 to November 2018. This type of research was experimental consisting of 6 treatments, 0 ml, 20 ml, 40 ml, 60 ml, 80 ml and 100 ml of Cane Molasses to the composition of the waste used is Waste Food : Vegetable waste at 1:1 with the addition of 100 grams of Bioaktivator Lingkungan. The research phase consists of 3 stages, it is the preparation phase, the implementation phase and the sample analysis phase. Composting is carried out aerobically by using the stirring system once every day until the compost is declared to the requirements of SNI 19-7030-2004. The parameters studied in this study are Temperature, pH, Water Content, C-Organic Levels, N-Total Levels, P-Total Levels, K-Total Levels, C / N ratio, color, odor, particle siza and volume reducing. The data obtained were analyzed quantitatively with the C / N ratio as the composting time. The results showed that the best results in the variation of 80 ml Cane Molasses composting considered finished for 7 days when C/N Ratio is 10.35 and the compost quality of C-organik 33,55%, N-total 3,11%,, P-Total 0.161% and K-total 1,357%, the moisture content 48,71%, pH 6,90, temperatur 330C, the color is brown-black, smells of soil, particle size is ± 10 mm with volume reducing 63.64%.
