HUBUNGAN POSISI KERJA MEMBUNGKUK DAN MASA KERJA DENGAN KELUHAN NYERI PINGGANG PADA PEKERJA PEMETIK MELATI DI DESA RAKIT KABUPATEN BANJARNEGARA

Abstract

Nyeri pinggang kerja merupakan salah satu keluhan yang dirasakan oleh sebagian besar pekerja, biasanaya mulai dirasakan pada usia 20-40 tahun, dan meningkat pada usia 50 tahun. Penelitian betujuan untuk melihat hubungan posisi kerja membungkuk dan masa kerja dengan keluhan nyari pinggang pada pekerja pemetik melati di Desa Rakit kabupaten Banjarnegara. Metode penelitianini menggunakan cross sectional dengan jenis penelitian survey. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pekerja pemetik melati di Desa Rakit Kabupaten Banjarnegara sebanyak 183 orang. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling yakni memilih sampel berdasarkan ciri-ciri atau karakteristik yang ditetapkan oleh peneliti, maka diperoleh sample sebanyak 32 responden. Berdasarkan uji statistik dapat simpulkan bahwa : ada hubungan antara posisi kerja membungkuk dengan keluhan nyari pinggang nilai p =0,014 (p < 0,05), ada hubungan antara masa kerja dengan keluhan nyari pinggang nilai p =0,000 (p < 0,05). Kata Kunci: posisi kerja, masa kerja, nyeri pinggang CORRELATION BETWEEN THE WORK OF BEND OVER POSITION AND THE WORK PERIODE TO LOW BACK PAIN COMPLAINT AMONG JASMINE PICKER WORKERS AT RAKIT VILLAGE, DISTRIC BANJARNEGARA Low back caused by physically worksis one of the most common complains than usually begins the age of 20 to 40 years, and increase at age of 50 years. This study aims to examine the correlation between the work of bend over position and periode of work to low back pain suffered by the jasmine picker workrs, at Rakit vallage, district of Banjarnegara. Survey held by using cross sectional approach on these population. Population study were 183 peoples, using purposive sampling of characteristic of population study, there was 32 respondents choosen. Based on statistic test, it can summarized that : there is a correlation between the work of bend over position and low back pain p =0,014 (p < 0,05), and there is a correlation between the work periode and low back pain p =0,000 (p < 0,05).
