PENGARUH KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3), LINGKUNGAN KERJA SERTA MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi pada Karyawan Bagian Produksi CV. Cipta Usaha Mandiri Temanggung)

Abstract

Human resources of employee in organization play an important thing in running organization. The better performance of employee could make a greater opportunity to achieve organization goal. To improve the performance of employee, organization should arrange some strategies which is effective and efficient in order to achieve the better result. This study aims to analyze the effect of occupational health and safety (OHS), work enviroment, and motivation work no employee performance in CV.Cipta Usaha Mandiri Temanggung engaged in wood processing, by using 100 employees as respondents. The selection of sample was conducted through simple random sampling. The variable used in this study were occupational health and safety (OHS), work enviroment, motivation work, and employee performance. Statistic analysis method was conducted by multiple regresive linear technique with SPSS version 23. The result of this study shows that there is significant effect of occupational health and safety (OHS), work enviroment, and motivation work no employee performance simultaneously.
