HUBUNGAN RADIASI GELOMBANG ELEKTROMAGNETIK DAN FAKTOR-FAKTOR LAIN DENGAN KELUHAN SUBJEKTIF PADA TENAGA KERJA DI RUANG TL PT. GE LIGHING INDONESIA YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

Tempat kerja yang menggunakan sumber daya listrik berpotensi menimbulkan radiasi. Keluhan subjektif muncul karena adanya radiasi gelombang elektromagnetik dan faktor fisik yang lain seperti iklim kerja, pencahayaan dan kebisingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara masa kerja, tingkat radiasi, jarak iklim kerja, pencahayaan dan kebisingan dengan keluhan subjektif. Jenis penelitian yang dipakai adalah explanatory research, Metode yang digunakan adalah survai dengan pendekatan Cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 114 orang yaitu semua tenaga kerja di ruang TL PT. GE Lighting Indonesia Yogyakarta. Sampel diambil dengan memperhatikan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi sebnyak 34 orang. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah chi square. Hasil peneliian menunjukkan antara iklim kerja dan dibisingan ada hubungan dengan keluhan subjektif. Namun masa kerja, radiasi, jarak dengan sumber radiasi dan pencahayaan tidak ada hubungan dengan keluhan subjektif. The research that used is explanatory research, the method that used in this research is the cross sectional approach survey and statistic test that use in analyzed survey. The population consist of 144 employee of TL PT GE lighting Indonesia Yogyakarta. Sample based on caracteristic inclution and exclution 34 employee. The Statitic is chi square test. The result of this research shows there are correlation between work climate and noise with subjective complaint. The other factors are time of work, level of radiationl, and radius of radiationare not related. The lighting is not related with subjective complaint but the result of measures shows that the lighting out of range. Keyword: subjective complaint, electromagnetic wave radiation
