HUBUNGAN KESESUAIAN UKURAN KURSI,MEJA KOMPUTER DAN ANTHROPOMETRI DUDUK TERHADAP KELUHAN SUBYEKTIF OPERATOR KOMPUTER PT ASURANSI KESEHATAN CABANG PURWOKERTO

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kesesuaian ukuran kursi,meja komputer dan anthropometri duduk terhadap keluhan subyektif pada operator komputer PT asuransi kesehatan cabang Purwokerto.jenis penelitian ini termasuk explanatory reseach,dengan metode pendekatan cross sectional.Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan pengukuran.analisis data menggunakan uji statistik chi-square. hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa operator komputer yang mengalami keluhan pada paha sebesar 69,7%,keluhan pada punggung sebesar 48,5%,keluhan pada lengan bawah sebesar 63,7%,keluhan pada bahu sebesar 42,4%. Keluhan pada leher sebesar 84,8%. Berdasarkan uji statistik Chi-Square dengan tingkat signifikansi alfa= 0,05 diketahui bahwa tinggi alas kursi, sandaran kursi, tinggi keyboard, tinggi siku dan tinggi keyboard terdapat hubungan yang bermakna dengan keluhan subyektif. Sedangkan tinggi meja keyboard dan tinggi monitor tidak dapat diuji, karena memiliki variabel yang bernilai konstan. Kata Kunci: Kesesuaian, anthropometri, pemakaian komputer, keluhan THE CORRELATION BETWEEN CONFORMITY OF SEAT, TABLES'S DIMENTION AND SITTING ANTHROPOMETRY TO SUBJECTIVE COMPLAINT OF OPERATOR COMPUTER AT HEALTH INSURANCE SPECIALIST IN PURWOKERTO 2006 The goal of this research was to find out the correlation between conformity of seat, table's dimention, sitting anthropometry to subjective commplaint of operator computer at Health Insurance Specialist In Purwokerto. This research belonged to the explantory research using cros sectional study design. The data was collected by interview and measurement. It was analyzed using chi-square test. The result of the researchrefers to computer's operator who get subjective complaint at thigh was 69,7%, at back pain was 48,5%, at fore-arm was 63,6%, at shoulder was 42,4%, at neck pain was 84,8%. From the analysis by chi-square test with alfa=0,05, was known that high of seat pallet, arm rest seat, high of keyboard, high of elbow were having meaning with subjective complaint.
