Abstract

Islamic religion teachers have significant role in forming their student's religious views and attitudes,especially in the level of senior high school, since high school student are in the middle of identity seeking process that vulnerable to radical ideology influences. The strenght of transnational ideology and islamic radicalism is not only caused of their strong network (Gul, 2010), but also Indonesia is an ideal place for them to spread their radical movements (Fealy, 2004; Bubalo & Fealy , 2005: Hamdi 2013). This Descrptive quantitave study conducted in Semarang city and involving 47 schools.
