Adviser Dr. Muh Abdullah, M.Hum, Drs.Moh. Muzakka, M.Hum. This thesis publishes a literary work titled Dilan 1990 He Is the One Who Describes a man named Dilan who is liked by a woman named Milea. His fondness for Milea made Dilan compare Milea with various ways to make women like and be asked to be amazed. The research of this paper uses structural theory to describe the forming elements of literary works and literary sociology theory to reveal moral aspects. This thesis research uses qualitative methods, namely collecting data by means of literature studies, data analysis, and data presentation. The aim to be achieved from this research is to reveal structural elements and moral aspects in the novel. Structural elements analyzed in the novel are characters, plot, setting, and themes found in the Dilan 1990 novel. The mystery of romance revealed in the Dilan 1990 novel is the first meeting between Dilan and Milea, Dilan's approach to Milea, and the reason Milea falls in love to Dilan. The moral aspects contained in the results of the Dilan 1990 novel analysis are clever to distinguish good and bad, wise and understanding, easy to get along and know boundaries, not easy to believe in strangers, simplicity, mature in solving problems and acting, not all selfishness is bad, and love sincerely, respect people.
